Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Student counseling: Counsel students and parents regarding domestic education options, courses, colleges, eligibility criteria, and career pathways.
- Lead management: Handle inbound and outbound leads, follow up with prospective students, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Application management: Manage end-to-end application processes, including form filling, documentation, and coordination with colleges/universities.
- Student query resolution: Address queries related to admissions, fees, timelines, and course structures with clarity and professionalism.
- CRM & database management: Maintain accurate student records, follow-ups, and application status using CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Excel & reporting: Use MS Excel for data tracking, lead management, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Relationship management: Build trust-based relationships with students and parents to ensure a smooth counseling experience.
- Target achievement: Meet assigned counseling, conversion, and revenue targets on a daily and monthly basis.
- Team coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely application processing and student satisfaction.
