Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Coordinator based in Ahmedabad. The Operations Coordinator will oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensure smooth workflow processes, and maintain efficiency within the organization. Responsibilities include operations management, providing administrative and customer service support, and conducting data analysis to identify opportunities for optimization. Collaborative problem-solving and communication with diverse teams and external clients will be central to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess workflows, identify challenges, and recommend process improvements
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and staff
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Administrative Assistance to oversee daily tasks and organizational systems
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using office productivity tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
