Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role based in India, for an Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator will oversee daily operations, coordinate logistics, and ensure seamless communication between clients and drivers. Responsibilities include managing schedules, providing administrative assistance, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting operational management to uphold performance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and drivers
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Analytical Skills to improve processes and ensure operational efficiency
• Experience in Administrative Assistance for managing schedules, maintaining records, and performing data entry tasks
• Organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using logistics software or tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or operations is highly desirable
