Operations Coordinator, APAC, Global Hi Tech Company
Our client, a fast-growing technology infrastructure business at the forefront of AI and next-generation computing across Asia-Pacific, is looking to hire a Operations Coordinator, APAC, a hands-on role in helping build and scale regional operations from the ground up -working across corporate setup, legal coordination, compliance, and logistics in multiple markets. This is an opportunity to gain exposure far beyond atraditional operations role and work closely with senior leaders in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
In this role, you will support the launch and management of legal entities across APAC, coordinate with law firms, regulators, banks, and service providers, and help keep regional operations running smoothly. Yourscope will span corporate governance, entity administration, import/export processes, vendor management, freight coordination, procurement support, and cross-functional project execution across finance, legal, HR, and operations teams.
Ideal candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in operations, corporate administration, compliance, legal support, logistics, or related fields who enjoys solving problems, staying organised, and managing multiple moving pieces at once. Experience with APAC markets, Singapore regulatory processes, or logistics operations is a plus, but curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn are just as important.
