Job Description

Salling Search is currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator for a Dutch family-owned business with more than fifty years in marine electrical supply, building its first office in Singapore. This is an early hire on the operational side - the person who keeps goods moving and the warehouse running as the business gets off the ground.

This role suits someone hands-on who wants to grow with a company rather than fit into a fixed routine.

Responsibilities

  • Run the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and keep stock under control
  • Handle goods receiving, container unloading, picking, packing, and order fulfilment
  • Manage inventory and stock, and process customer returns
  • Work in the ERP system daily to keep transactions and records accurate
  • Pitch in across general operations as needed, taking on more responsibility and scope as the operation grows

Requirements

  • Background in warehouse, logistics, or operations, ideally within the marine, maritime, or equipment supply space
  • Comfortable on the warehouse floor and confident working in an ERP or inventory system
  • Organised, reliable, and proactive, with an interest in growing as the business does

The office and warehouse are located at Pioneer Road, West Singapore. Working hours are Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturday half-days, with overtime expected during busy periods.
