Role Overview

Bloombiz Creatives is seeking an experienced Operations & Client Success Manager with strong exposure to digital marketing agency environments. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing operational workflows, coordinating inter-departmental tasks, maintaining client relationships, and supporting proposal creation and business development initiatives.

This role requires a professional with hands-on agency experience, strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, and the ability to ensure timely and quality-driven deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day agency operations and ensure smooth internal task coordination
• Communicate with clients regarding deliverables, feedback, updates, and project timelines
• Support preparation of proposals, strategies, presentations and project plans for new business opportunities
• Track and monitor progress of ongoing tasks using sheets / trackers and ensure adherence to deadlines
• Facilitate collaboration between design, content, SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads and development teams for seamless execution
• Maintain quality control prior to client submission
• Participate in onboarding new clients and briefing relevant teams
• Assist in ensuring client satisfaction, retention and timely delivery of monthly scopes

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing, SEO, Meta Ads and Google Ads concepts
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multi-team environments
• Proficiency in using sheets / task trackers for workflow management

Preferred Skills

• Experience in client account management
• Experience in proposal drafting and campaign planning
• Exposure to performance marketing processes
