Job Title: Operations Associates (Entry level)

Work Timings: 7:30 pm to 4:30 AM IST (night shift)

We are currently seeking entry-level Operations Associates to join our growing team immediately. This role is critical to supporting daily operations and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with candidate processing, including submissions to clients and interview scheduling
- Respond to client inquiries via email and phone
- Prepare and maintain staff activity reports
- Collect and track weekly timesheets
- Support new hire onboarding activities (offer letters, background check processing, etc.)
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- 01 year of experience; customer servicerelated experience preferred
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to clearly explain complex information
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to work night shifts (7:30 PM 4:30 AM IST)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (5070 Mbps broadband/WiFi)
- Desktop or laptop with Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent), with a minimum of 8GB RAM, running Windows 10 or Windows 11, capable of supporting VoIP and Microsoft Teams.
