Source Asia is building an industrial distribution and fulfillment platform for factories, commercial buildings, malls, IT parks, and facility management clients.

We are looking for an Operations Associate to manage daily execution across procurement, vendor coordination, delivery tracking, client requirements, and field operations.

What you will do:

• Coordinate daily client requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Work with procurement teams to track material availability and vendor commitments.
• Follow up with vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams.
• Track orders from requirement → quotation → purchase → delivery → closure.
• Visit vendors, warehouses, client sites, and delivery locations when needed.
• Maintain order trackers, delivery sheets, vendor records, and client updates.
• Handle urgent requirements without chaos.
• Support field teams for VMI, RMI, and recurring maintenance material supply.

Who we are looking for:

• 0–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, procurement coordination, field ops, or supply chain.
• Strong follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp coordination, Excel/Google Sheets, and on-ground work.
• Ability to handle pressure and urgent requirements.
• Kannada / Hindi / English preferred.
• Two-wheeler is a plus.
