Job Description

We're looking for Operations Associates!

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve external user issues effectively
  • Analyze current processes and propose changes to scale operations and enhance user experience
  • Collaborate with teams to improve product offerings and external product messaging
  • Gain insights into how users scale and operate their businesses
  • Contribute to building a new team and defining operational culture
  • Learn and engage with internal systems and processes
  • Partner with global operations specialists or process owners to manage critical workflows

Qualifications

  • Strong user-first mindset with a passion for solving complex problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Experience in customer service or internal/external user-facing operations
  • Eagerness to learn technical products and processes
  • Organized and proactive self-starter with a solution-driven approach
  • Process-oriented mindset with a strong execution focus
  • Comfortable working in-office and collaborating across multiple teams
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with humility and the ability to work well cross-functionally
  • Willingness to work one Saturday per month (with a weekday off following)
