Key Responsibilities

  • Source suppliers, obtain competitive quotations, and support price negotiations.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, vendor database, and documentation.
  • Monitor inventory across projects and implement controls to avoid emergency purchases.
  • Promote cost-effective procurement practices and long-term savings.
  • Manage vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support audits by providing required procurement and administrative records.
  • Coordinate travel bookings (flights, trains, hotels, local transport) as per policy and budget.
  • Maintain travel documentation and track expense reporting and reconciliations.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support for smooth internal coordination.
