JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective:

The Customer Service Associate (non - voice process) is responsible for performing related duties and work closely with House if Spices Inc., sales team in the distribution center and staff in supporting designated geographic regions. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas of House of Spices Inc., India: contribute in generating sales leads, maintaining good customer relationship.

Essential Functions

1.Invoice Processing

2.Handling escalations and complex queries.

3.Passion to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic work environment.

4.Ensuring invoices are completed 100 % for respective DC before time.

5.Responding to DC emails on timely basis for transfer orders, 99 receiving, Return posting and so on.

6.Manage To/PO

7.Monitoring Team performance on daily basis (on excel)

Competencies

1.Communication - English, Hindi is a must

2.Any other regional spoken language will be a added advantage

3.Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

4.Ability to listen and active problem solving skills

5.Good interpersonal skills

6.Ability to handle pressure

7.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.

This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 6:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. Occasional weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

No travel is expected for this position.

Required Education and Experience

1.A Bachelor's degree / H.S.C with three to five years of Telecalling experience

Preferred Education and Experience

1.Bachelor's degree / H.S.C

2.Three to Five years of Telecalling experience.

3.Knowledge of MS Office

4.Excellent communication and people skills

5.Aptitude in problem-solving

6.Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach

7.Working with start-up environment
