We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support and improve our operational workflows. This role will involve implementing new processes, identifying inefficiencies, reducing all forms of wastage, and ensuring smooth execution across manufacturing and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning, executing, and refining day-to-day operational processes across the supply chain and manufacturing units.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; recommend and implement improvements to reduce delays and resource wastage.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, quality, and logistics teams to ensure operational alignment.
- Create and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for critical workflows.
- Support process automation initiatives and digital tool integrations (WMS, ERP, etc.).
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and help drive corrective action.
Skills & Qualifications- B. Tech in relevant stream with 24 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets; experience with ERP/WMS systems is a plus.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Experience- Exposure to lean manufacturing or Six Sigma practices.
- Experience in furniture, consumer goods, or e-commerce sector.
