Key Responsibilities

Order & Fulfilment Operations

Manage daily order processing across D2C and marketplace platforms.

Ensure orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within defined TATs and SLAs.

Coordinate with warehouse and fulfilment partners to ensure smooth order flow.

Track order statuses and resolve any delays or fulfilment issues proactively.

Inventory Management

Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and sales channels.

Maintain accurate inventory tracking and reconciliation.

Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock updates, transfers, and replenishment.

Identify potential stockouts and escalate issues in advance.

Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for shipment pickups and deliveries.

Track shipment performance and resolve operational issues such as delays, lost shipments, or delivery failures.

Monitor and help reduce RTO (Return to Origin) rates and logistics exceptions.

Data & Reporting

Maintain operational trackers and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets.

Prepare reports on orders, inventory, shipment performance, and returns.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of operational data across systems.

Process Improvement

Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows.

Suggest and implement improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability of operations.

Assist in building and documenting operational SOPs.

02 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics roles.

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to solve problems and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
