Roles and responsibilities-

● Contacting with the converted leads, guiding them on the portal and acquire

the pending payments

● Onboarding the students to the portal and guiding them throughout the

process

● Building healthy relationships with the students and solving their doubts

● Collaborating with the sales department and acquire the database of the

converted leads

● Maintaining the CRM and other tools

● Operations Associate will be required to communicate with customers via

phone and email.

● Promote sales conversion to achieve business goals.

● Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

● Continuously improve the business operation processes to achieve

organisational operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria-

● Graduation or post-graduation in any discipline (Passed Out)

● Both Freshers and Experienced candidates

Location- Sector 63, Noida

Compensation- As per industry standards
