Role Overview

Position: Associate - Operations

Location: Bengaluru

Role Summary

We are looking for an Operations Associate to manage daily operations with a strong focus on data management, client escalation handling, and technical coordination. The role requires hands-on involvement with electronics and EV charger systems, along with cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage and maintain operational data, trackers, and MIS with high accuracy

-Create and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports

-Handle client escalations and ensure timely, structured resolutions

-Coordinate with technical, field, and support teams to meet SLAs

-Support troubleshooting and monitoring of EV chargers and electronic systems

-Track charger performance, uptime, and fault closures

-Maintain SOPs, documentation, and escalation matrices

Required Skills & Experience

-Strong knowledge of data management

-Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets

-Proven ability to handle client escalations

-Working knowledge of electronics and charger systems

-Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
