Operations Assistant

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (In-office)

Compensation: 3.6 LPA (Post-Internship)

Internship Period: 2nd Month Mandatory Paid Internship

In the caregiving business, our supply is our people. We are looking for an empathetic, organized, and high-energy Operations Associate to join our team in HSR Layout. You will be responsible for building and managing our network of professional nannies and caregivers, ensuring they are vetted, trained, and ready to provide world-class service to urban parents.

This role begins with a 2-month mandatory paid internship. Successful interns will transition into a full-time role at 3.6 LPA.

• Caregiver Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel for nannies and caregiversfrom initial screening to final documentation.
• Vetting & Compliance: Conduct thorough background checks, reference verifications, and ensure all supply meets our safety and quality standards.
• Training Coordination: Organize training sessions for new caregivers to align them with our service protocols and Montessori-inspired care standards.
• Roster Management: Maintain an active database of caregiver availability to ensure we can fulfill client requests in real-time.
• Engagement & Retention: Act as the primary point of contact for our caregivers, resolving their queries regarding schedules, payments, and placements to ensure high retention.

• Location: Must be able to commute to our HSR Layout office daily.
• Communication: Fluency in English and Kannada is highly preferred (to communicate effectively with both urban parents and our caregiving staff). Proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.
• Tech Skills: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic CRM tools.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to judge character and reliability.
• Education: Graduate in any field (HR, Social Work, or Operations backgrounds are a great fit).
