Operations Assistant

We're building a high-performance execution team and looking for sharp, motivated freshers who want to break into a fast-growing digital operations field. This is a ground-up training role for candidates who learn fast and work with discipline.

Training Duration: 1 month (intensive + performance-driven)

Work Mode: On-site

Location: Mumbai only

Who Can Apply

Fresh graduates who have recently completed:

BCA, BBA, BCom, BSc (IT/CS) or any commerce/IT-aligned degree.

No prior experience required. Full training provided.

Baseline Skills Required

Basic Canva knowledge

Strong comfort using AI tools aggressively

Good English reading & writing skills

Ability to research quickly and accurately

Structured, disciplined working style

Ability to follow SOPs without constant supervision

Reliable communication and consistent daily output

Basic understanding of computers and online tools

What You'll Learn During Training

You'll be trained end-to-end on a niche digital operations workflow used by global businesses, including:

Documentation & process management

Daily performance tasks with real deadlines

This is practical, hands-on execution. At the end of the month, top performers will be selected for full-time roles.
