Role Overview
We're looking for a multi-skilled professional to manage operational workflows and support daily social media execution. You will coordinate between warehouses, vendors, customers, and the founder, while also assisting in content planning, video creation, and maintaining the posting calendar. Ideal for someone who enjoys both structure and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Track orders and ensure timely dispatches.
- Coordinate daily with the warehouse for stock movement, issues, and returns.
- Conduct quality checks for incoming stock and samples.
- Update inventory and flag low-stock alerts.
- Liaise with vendors, packaging partners, and logistics teams.
- Handle customer escalations professionally.
- Maintain a concise operations dashboard for leadership review.
Social Media
- Assist with content planning and scheduling.
- Shoot simple product videos, BTS clips, and basic reels.
- Perform basic editing using CapCut or similar tools.
- Upload posts, track comments/DMs, and support community interaction.
- Coordinate PR send-outs and creator/content logistics.
- Ensure brand tone, consistency, and visual aesthetics in daily execution.
Who We're Looking For
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and clear communicator.
- Problem solver who takes initiative and enjoys multi-tasking.
- Comfortable shooting and editing simple content.
- Understands Instagram trends, aesthetics, and engagement styles.
- Fluent in English; comfortable on camera (optional, but a plus).
- 12 years experience in operations, ecommerce, or social media preferred.
- Disciplined freshers with relevant skills will also be considered.
