About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, self-driven Operations and Growth Associate who thrives in ambiguity and loves getting things done. This is an early-stage hire -you will be a core part of the team from Day 1. You will spend most of your time keeping our operations engine running smoothly, while also connecting with candidates, employers, and channel partners to grow our ecosystem. No two days will look the same, and that is exactly the point.
What You'll Do
Operations (Primary Focus)
Own day-to-day operational tasks - tracking, coordination, documentation, and follow-ups across all active pipelines.
Maintain and update internal trackers, databases, and dashboards to keep the team aligned.
Identify bottlenecks in workflows and proactively suggest process improvements.
Support onboarding of new candidates, employers, and partners by preparing necessary documentation and communications.
Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and logistical support for the team.
Manage inbound queries and route them to the right person or take independent action.
Candidate Counselling & Outreach
Call and counsel candidates to understand their background, interests, and career goals.
Guide candidates through available skilling programmes, job opportunities, and placement pathways.
Follow up regularly with shortlisted candidates to ensure pipeline progression and reduce drop-offs.
Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the CRM.
Build rapport with candidates and act as their first point of contact at SkillPassGo.
Channel Partners & Employer Relations
Identify and reach out to potential channel partners (training institutes, placement agencies, colleges) to expand candidate sourcing.
Communicate regularly with employers - share candidate profiles, coordinate interviews, and gather feedback.
Maintain a live employer database with open requirements, hiring timelines, and past engagements.
Draft and send professional emails, messages, and updates to employers and partners.
Support in building and nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts.
Who We're Looking For
02 years of experience in operations, business development, recruitment, or a similar hustle-first role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
Comfortable making calls, following up persistently, and managing multiple priorities at once.
Strong attention to detail - nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
Proactive and solutions-oriented - you don't wait to be told what to do.
Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM/email tools.
A genuine interest in skilling, employability, and making an impact - you care about the mission, not just the job.
