Operations and Customer Support Executive

Location: New Delhi

Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and organized person to manage online orders, handle customer queries and manage business operations. This role involves coordinating between customers, the warehouse, and delivery partners to make sure orders are packed, dispatched, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Process online orders received through our website and marketplaces

Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking, packing, and dispatch

Track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers

Answer customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails in a polite and helpful manner

Resolve customer questions related to orders, delivery status, returns, or exchanges

Update order details, customer information, and delivery status accurately

Follow up on delayed or failed deliveries and close issues properly

Maintain daily records of orders processed and customer interactions

Required Skills & Qualities

Clear spoken and written communication in English and Hindi

Basic computer knowledge (emails, spreadsheets, order dashboards)

Good attention to detail and time management

Calm and patient attitude while handling customers

Ability to work independently from home when required

Willingness to visit and work from the warehouse on assigned days

Experience & Education

Previous experience in business operations, ecommerce orders management and customer service

Education: Graduate

Note: Incentive structure based on candidate.
