Role Description

We are looking for a driven and proactive Operations & Analytics Intern to join our growing team in Patna. This is a full-time, on-site internship ideal for students in their final year or recent graduates seeking meaningful, real-world experience in both analytics and business operations within a startup environment.

The role combines client outreach, sales support, and hands-on analytics training. You will play an important part in identifying potential clients, conducting online research, and supporting outreach efforts to organisations that may benefit from data analytics services. Alongside this, you will receive training in analytics fundamentals, enabling you to contribute to basic data tasks, dashboard preparation, and internal project workflows.

This internship offers the opportunity to help build a startup from the ground up, gain exposure to real client interactions, and acquire practical skills that will accelerate your early career.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret information and contribute to insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly for outreach and client interaction.
• Interest in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Curiosity about data analytics, business intelligence, or process improvement.
• Basic understanding of project management principles is beneficial.
• Familiarity with data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI, etc.) is an advantage but not required training will be provided.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business management, data analytics, or a related field.
• Good written and verbal communication is a key requirement for this role.
