Job Title: Operations Analyst

Location: Mumbai

Notes:

• Specific/ mandatory skills: Experience in excel and knows basic formulas
• Experience range: 2/3 years
• Open to considering fresher candidates (Yes/No): No
• Open to considering relocation/ non-local candidates (Yes/No): Yes
• Contract duration: 8 months
• Shift timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
• Number of days work from office: 6 (considering banking saturday - working)
• Preference of hiring only diversity candidates (Yes/No): No

Key Responsibilities:

1. Processing of data file upload for Mutual fund / Insurance product
2. Online reconciliation and validation of orders, open order, rejection upload in system
3. Mutual Funds Common Order Form reconciliation.
4. Unit reconciliation for Mutual fund and commission reconciliation for Insurance and commission claw back validation
5. Reports preparation and system User Acceptance Test - Insurance and Investment report
6. Dematerialized Account (DEMAT): Account opening, modification, delivery instruction slip issuance, dematerialization and providing audit data for DEMAT

Operational efficiency

• All applications to be processed within TAT.
• Escalation if any to be done in a timely manner.

Efficient & effective coordination with all internal teams

• Communicate and coordinate with all internal functions/stakeholders involved in the process, such as product, L2 team.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Effective communicator with proficiency in Written and Spoken English
• Excel with basic formulas.

Soft Skills

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions
• Self-motivated, responsible and rigorous to ensure quality
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Quick learner with ability pick-up the process on the go

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream
