Betterway treats chronic lifestyle disorders using evidence-based Ayurveda, enabled by technology. At its core, Betterway advocates holistic, nature-aligned lifestyle choices and operates multi-speciality Ayurveda day-care and IPD centres staffed by specialised doctors and paramedics.
As an Operations Analyst Intern at Betterway, you will play a key role in ensuring that the data powering our centres, care teams, and operational workflows is accurate, timely, and actionable. You will help maintain operational excellence by supporting data management, reporting, facility operations, and administrative processes across the organisation.
You will take ownership of maintaining key company-wide trackers, consolidating information from multiple teams, and generating insights that support better decision-making. In addition, you will contribute to facility management and vendor coordination, helping ensure that our centres remain efficient, compliant, and patient-ready at all times.
The goal of this role is to build strong operational foundations that enable seamless patient care, efficient centre operations, and scalable organisational growth.
Your role will expand into the following key ownership areas:
- Reporting & insights: Maintain key operational trackers and dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and provide timely reporting and insights to support decision-making across functions.
- Operational enablement: Monitor operational metrics, identify risks and gaps, support forecasting, and drive data-backed improvements in day-to-day operations.
- Facilities & maintenance management: Ensure smooth functioning of all centres and offices by overseeing maintenance, repairs, asset upkeep, and facility readiness to support seamless operations and patient experience.
- Vendor & administration management: Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and administrative operations while ensuring service quality, cost efficiency, and a well-maintained work environment across locations.
