Role Description

This is a full-time B2B Field Sales Executive/Manager role based on-site in Delhi, Noida, or Gurgaon. The role entails building and managing business relationships with corporate and trade clients. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, conducting client meetings, creating effective sales strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. The candidate will also support existing partnerships and drive revenue growth through customized solutions and lead generation.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in sales strategy, account management, and lead generation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to analyze customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and negotiate effectively
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in the use of CRM tools and basic knowledge of data analysis
  • Experience in the institutional or trade channels is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regional territory
