Operations Analyst in Employment Verification

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Analyst in Employment Verification located in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include conducting thorough employment verifications, analyzing and validating data, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with established quality and security standards. The Senior Analyst will also contribute to improving verification procedures and processes while maintaining close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Experience in Employment Verification, Background Screening, and Document Verification processes
• Strong analytical and data validation skills, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in report preparation, presentation, and professional communication
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, and related tools
• Proven experience in compliance with quality standards and maintaining confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Previous experience in risk mitigation or related fields is a plus
