Operations Analyst - IB Disbursement

Roles and Responsibility

• Analyze and manage the disbursement process to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce errors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and enhance overall performance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of operations analysis principles and practices.
• Experience working in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
