About Role

• Process Efficiency: Improve operational processes and reduce turnaround time.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare accurate MIS, dashboards, and operational reports.
• KPI Monitoring: Track operational KPIs and highlight deviations.
• Quality & Accuracy: Maintain high data accuracy and minimize errors.
• Problem Solving: Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• SLA Compliance: Ensure tasks and processes meet agreed SLAs/TATs.
• Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process

Requirements

• B.Tech/B.E. degree (Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong command of SQL and Python.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of MIS reporting and operational KPIs.
• Ability to identify process gaps and drive process improvements.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management
