Mercer is seeking a talented individual to join our MM365 team a Marsh business. This role will be based in Noida/Gurugram. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Junior Analyst – Benefits Operations

The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing the process development within the team. This role involves detailed analysis, content development, and coordination to ensure high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals that meet client and organizational requirements.
We will count on you to:
- Support the end-to-end process development, including content creation, review, and submission.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and legal team to gather and validate clients information.
- Analyze Health & Welfare domain requirements and ensure compliance with client specifications and internal standards.
- Develop and maintain content, templates, and standard responses to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Conduct quality reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.
- Assist in managing schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on win/loss analysis and feedback.
- Mentor junior team members and support training initiatives.
- Lead a process that includes planning, content development, review, and timely submission.
- Ensure processes meet requirements, deadlines, and internal with external standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
- Support business development initiatives by providing strategic input and market intelligence.
- Performs data analysis utilizing knowledge of insurance and data handling to support business improvement and business strategy projects.
- Develops analytical reports of low complexity to allow fact-based, predictive and what-if decision-making.
- Manipulates and formats data according to predetermined presentation styles to meet customer needs.
- Demonstrates flexibility in approach and follow up to achieve resolution of outstanding issues.
What you need to have
- Graduate with any stream
- Good Health & Welfare domain knowledge
- Project management, enterprise reporting, preferably in professional services industry.
- Exceptional attention to details
- Good knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
- Programming skills (VBA, Python, HTML etc.) would be an asset
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment with little supervision
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
