Operations Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to support a fast-paced commercial operations function within a global organization. Location: Mumbai & Bangalore.

This role focuses on improving internal workflows, supporting revenue teams, and enhancing operational efficiency across systems and processes.

What You'll Do

• Manage and respond to internal operational requests related to sales processes and systems
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to investigate issues and support resolution
• Handle escalations and ensure timely closure of requests
• Identify gaps in workflows and recommend process improvements
• Support reporting, dashboards, and data analysis for business teams
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to internal service standards

What We're Looking For

✔ 4–6 years of experience in Business Analysis / Operations / Sales Support

✔ Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

✔ Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
