Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to join the BankKaro team. This role plays a critical part in managing partner reporting, cashback tracking, database operations, and billing processes.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Excel, and a basic understanding of automation and data handling tools like SQL or Python.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Reporting
- Prepare and share daily MIS reports in partner-specific formats
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards for banking partners
- Ensure high accuracy and consistency in reporting
- Support improvements in reporting processes through automation
Database Management
- Validate and process MIS files received from banking partners
- Ensure proper data flow into reporting databases
- Maintain structured datasets for analysis and reporting
Process Automation
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in reporting workflows
- Support automation initiatives using Python or similar tools
- Work on streamlining repetitive operational processes
Partner Billing & Payments
- Generate billing reports for partners
- Coordinate with internal finance teams for payment processing
- Handle partner queries related to billing and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, formulas)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python is preferred
- Understanding of data handling, reporting, and validation
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Strong communication and coordination skills

- Basic understanding of banking/fintech processes (especially credit cards)
- Exposure to automation or reporting tools
- Experience working with large datasets
