What this job involves:
- Collaborating across the talent acquisition team to ensure we are maximizing the Workday ATS capabilities to deliver results, act as system admin for workday recruiting.
- Accountable and responsible for auditing of Recruitment Data in Workday and Making sure all the candidates are moved from One stage to another in Real time.
- Responsible for Requisition assignment
- Provide recruitment support for talent acquisition team including drafting offer letters, utilizing and updating the applicant tracking system (Workday, Service now, workday help).
- Coordinating with Candidates to ensure they submit all the required compliance documents onboarding and background verification
- Completing the Hire Process in Workday and ensuring all employee codes are created before actual Date of Joining of candidate and responsible for successfully completing pre-onboarding activities
- Responsible for initiation to closure of background verification for PAN India
- Work on Unable To Verify , Discrepant cases in defined TAT
- Collect Document for Major/Minor Alert cases to clear insufficiency
- Upload documents/BGV reports in application tracking system.
- Update candidate's personal information in workday
- Reviewing and Validate employee workday data/reports.
- Notifying PXP/recruiters on document discrepancies and date of joining movement
- Managing ticketing system as part of shared services
- Calling Candidates to close loop for Documentation and Background verification

Experience
0-2 Years of relevant experience in HR Operations or corporate operations Team. Broad Knowledge of HR concepts, Background verification processes and their In-dependencies. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential and Workday will be preferred.
