CST in Bangalore will provide varied functions and insights, as a core part of the operational team, to support the customer requirements in UK & Europe.
Responsibilities :
- Consolidate, Track and Manage both Automated & Manual orders. Become the central point of contact of the ERP System.
- Work closely with both Warehouse, Operations & Delivery teams to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery of orders.
- Provide regular stock inventory reporting.
- Consolidate, Track and Manage packaging material inventory. Work closely with Third Party vendors to ensure timeliness of their deliveries.
- Monitor operational activity to ensure timely processing of orders as per shipping deadlines.
- Swiftly resolves any issues / tickets raised concerning the processing & delivery of orders.
- Closely coordinate and provide the required information for smooth processing and clearances of shipments.
- Take ownership of processes and actively contribute towards operational improvements
- Contribute towards Ad-Hoc Projects etc discussed in the team meetings.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in operations, ideally in Logistics /FMCG / General Trading / Exports/ Commerce.
- Willing to learn quickly. Must have good attention to detail. Well organized with an ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
- Project management skills, from initial idea through execution.
