About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations / Admin Executive to manage day-to-day operations for a client's retail business. This role involves coordinating ground staff, overseeing delivery operations, ensuring timely dispatch of products, and handling client communication to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assign daily schedules to ground staff and delivery personnel
- Monitor product dispatch and ensure timely deliveries to clients
- Maintain daily operational reports and accurate documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for client queries, delivery updates, and issue resolution
- Handle administrative tasks including inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and office support
- Manage logistics operations to support business objectives and client satisfaction
- Oversee order processing and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and productivity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 24 years of experience in operations, administration, or logistics
- Prior experience in retail or a related industry is an advantage
