Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

Manage day-to-day accounting using Zoho Books, including invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance. Check and verify daily invoices and send them to Accounts team on time with proper supporting documents Handle the physical petty cash and keep proper records of petty cash transactions Create timely MIS reports and smart dashboards for presenting to Management Team Support operations by implementing and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensured inventory of all items is managed and maintained as per pre-defined levels Oversee regular physical stock checks and ensure relevant reports are submitted on time Check and manage all Registers being maintained in the organization and ensure all records are upto-date and correct Supervise the data and report management in ERP and assist in migration based on need Leverage basic AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Excel AI features) for automation, data analysis, and process optimization
Prepare financial statements, track expenses, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Collaborate with teams to generate operational reports and improve workflow efficiency

Requirements

Strong numerical and analytical skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Quick learner with adaptability to tools/tech. Good communication for cross-team coordination.

Proficiency in Zoho Books (end-to-end usage). Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, dashboards). MIS reporting and data analytics. Basic AI tool usage for productivity. Understanding of SOP development and execution.
