Operational Technology Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

Connect shop floor PLC/SCADA equipment to Kepware • Configure Kepware channels, devices, and tags • Perform data testing (value, timestamp, quality) • Troubleshoot connectivity and tag level issues • Coordinate with shop floor operations and IT teams • Maintain documentation (tag mapping, connection details, test reports) • FAT/SAT and troubleshooting • Travel to vendor locations, if required • Coordination with equipment vendors, internal teams, and other departments Required Experience • 4–6 years in OT/Automation/Integration • Hands on experience with Kepware OPC UA and industrial protocols • Understanding of PLC/SCADA systems • Basic networking knowledge • Willingness to travel frequently and work in shop floor environments
