Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Operations Specialist, based in Navsari. The Operations Specialist will oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to optimizing operational strategies. The individual will also support sales and customer service functions by ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining quality standards across various processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in Sales and understanding customer needs to deliver tailored services.
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management to oversee multiple initiatives and ensure timelines are met.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Preferred experience in the financial services industry or a background in finance or business management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with relevant software tools and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
