Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Executive who will manage day-to-day operational activities including order processing, dispatch coordination, inventory management, and shipping label generation, ensuring smooth and timely fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end order processing and dispatch operations

Generate shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips accurately

Coordinate with logistics and courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries

Maintain and update inventory records, stock movement, and availability

Ensure correct packing, tagging, and labeling of products before dispatch

Track dispatched orders and resolve delivery-related issues

Monitor stock levels and report low inventory or discrepancies

Maintain proper documentation for orders, returns, and exchanges

Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

Experience in operations, order fulfillment, or warehouse coordination

Hands-on experience with inventory management systems or Excel

Knowledge of label generation, dispatch workflows, and logistics coordination

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
