Operational Executive( Freshers) ( Bangalore)

Salary: 19k in hand

Shift: Day shift( 9;30 am to 6;30 pm)

Bangalore location only

Must be fluent in any southern regional language

Role Description

As an Operational Executive, you will handle daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and resource management. Key responsibilities include monitoring processes, managing client and consultant inquiries, coordinating assignments and collaborations, and resolving operational challenges. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru, requiring a proactive approach to enhance the platform's operational efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operations management, process optimization, and resource planning.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve operational challenges effectively.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
• Experience in using project management tools and operational software is an advantage.
• Adaptability, organizational skills, and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a similar role or knowledge of consulting and freelancing platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
