Position :Sr. Executive /Assistant Manager

Location : Ahmedabad Based Plant

Department :Manufactring Excellence/ Operational Excellence (OpEx)

Experience : 6 to 12 Years

Position Overview:

MANUFACTURING /OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE :-

Drive manufacturing excellence by deploying TPM and its pillars, implementing Autonomous Maintenance, and leading OEE programs to enhance operational efficiency. Utilize predictive analytics to improve yield, cycle time, and equipment efficiency. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through Gemba visits, operator training, and best practices campaigns. Coordinate improvement projects, develop strategic business plans, and ensure financial tracking of ME projects. Liaise with stakeholders to standardize procedures and promote ME culture across site

Qualification :

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.


• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred.


• Experience with Lean methodologies, process improvement, and Power BI


• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
