Job Description

We are seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to drive efficiency, productivity, and quality across business functions. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives that enhance operational performance, standardize processes, and align workflows with organizational strategy and customer expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness across functions.
Analyze end-to-end workflows using data, metrics, and performance indicators to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks.
Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions to address operational issues.
Establish, standardize, and enforce best practices, SOPs, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability.
Support change management and transformation programs to drive process adoption and operational improvements.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline, and accountability by enabling training, performance reviews, and adoption of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business operations management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to implement sustainable corrective actions.
Ability to develop SOPs, governance frameworks, and standardized processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
