Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations & Travel Manager to oversee travel operations, manage tour packages (Domestic & International), and handle end-to-end MICE requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational knowledge, supplier coordination skills, and the ability to manage both B2B and B2C clients efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, plan, and manage Domestic and International tour packages
- Handle flight ticketing (domestic & international)
- Manage complete MICE operations (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions)
- Coordinate hotel bookings, accommodations, and vendor negotiations
- Oversee travel logistics, itineraries, and documentation
- Manage B2B & B2C client relationships and ensure service excellence
- Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
- Ensure smooth execution of travel plans and operational activities
- Monitor cost control and vendor payments
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience in Travel Operations / Tour Management
- Strong knowledge of ticketing systems and reservation processes
- Hands-on experience in handling MICE events
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good knowledge of travel portals and booking platforms
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile:- Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality or relevant field
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant industry experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
