Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Operation Telecaller at NoBrokerHood. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing essential customer support, and resolving client queries with efficiency and professionalism. Key responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, ensuring timely follow-ups, maintaining records of communication, and collaborating with other departments. Candidates must ensure high customer satisfaction by offering accurate and prompt resolutions to queries or concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi along with active listening abilities
• Experience in customer service, call handling, or telecommunication
• Multitasking abilities and capability to work independently in a remote setting
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and familiarity with MS Office
• Problem-solving skills and an ability to handle customer queries patiently
• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or community services is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
