Education And Experience
Any engineer with 15 plus years of experience heading production in automotive, switchgear, control gear, electrical goods or White goods, service assemblies, respectively ancillaries. Someone with a hands on, production management, workmen management capacity management, understanding of lean production, PPM QA coordination, hands on experience of working on electrical or electronics of assemblies, like very small motors lights, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
- Manage manpower planning and deployment across all departments.
- Utilize all departments effectively to maintain a consistent and high-quality production flow.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and production timelines.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance as required.
- Report on production performance and suggest areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory, material procurement, and cost control.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including quality, maintenance, and logistics.
