Operation Manager (Freelancer)

Based in SF and Hyderabad, we are a young, fast-moving team on a mission to build AI for Good, driving innovation and positive societal impact.

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, optimize processes, and ensure the smooth delivery of services. You will work closely with senior management to implement strategies that improve performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure the delivery of products/services on time and within budget.
• Implement operational strategies to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Manage resources, including staffing, inventory, and logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and improve operational performance.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization and workflow management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools.
• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
