Operations Manager Intern

About the Role:

Join a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem, including multiple businesses and the social discovery app AskVayo. As an Operations Manager Intern, you'll act as the right-hand person to the founder, helping manage business operations, projects, and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone seeking real-world exposure to entrepreneurship and early-stage business management.

Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day operations across multiple ventures, including AskVayo.

Coordinate, track, and execute projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.

Assist in internal team management and streamline communication.

Help improve operational processes for better efficiency and scalability.

Prepare reports, presentations, and business updates for the founder.

Take initiative and ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Familiarity with business tools (Google Workspace, Excel, project management tools) is a plus.

Previous experience in business operations or startups is a bonus but not mandatory.
