This job is provided by apna.co Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of diagnostic centers to ensure seamless workflow and timely service delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, customer support, lab, and sales) for efficient operations.
Monitor sample collection, transportation, and report delivery timelines.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure proper stock of consumables and equipment.
Maintain operational data, prepare MIS reports, and share insights for process improvement.
Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges promptly.
Support new center openings, audits, and training initiatives as required.
Work closely with management to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
