Operation Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Managing Account Opening (KYC) & other CMC and co-ordination with HO
• Handling customer query and provide prompt solution or within TAT given the same
• Update fund/securities Pay-in/Payout Shortage to customer & to their respective RM, Share if amount is above 5 lakh for one individual customer
• DP Related services (DIS/DRF)
• Petty Cash and Admin related activity of branch
• Maintain Daily Branch MIS.
• Risk monitoring & collection
• .Support to business partners for back office operation activities.
• Training to branch new employee & business partners
• .Visit to business partners office for operational training, Service when ever its required.
• Updating of trade instructions and demat requests in the system.
• Collection account opening form customers, SE, RM & make sure account get open within tat.
• Coordination with different departments & solving queries of customer

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate
• NISM VI certificate required
• Requred Experience in back office process
• Knowledge of operations back office process preferred
• Knowledge of MS Office required
