Job Description

Job Title: Operation Executive / Operations Specialist

Location: Hyderabad, India

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: US Eastern Shift


Core Responsibilities

1. Job Order & System Management

Job Order Entry:Enter all job orders into the system immediately upon receipt from Sales.

LinkedIn Clean-up:Take raw job orders and clean them up to make them look appropriate and professional for posting onLinkedIn.

ATS & CRM Bridge:Act as the main helper between theATS and CRMto ensure data is synced and updated in both systems.

Process Documentation: driving process standardization, documentation governance, and seamless client onboarding execution.

2. The Recruiting-to-Sales Bridge

Recruiting Checklist:Add the mandatoryRecruiting Checklistto every new job order.

Checklist Flow:Ensure recruiters are sending the answers from the recruiting checklist back to Sales.

Feedback Follow-up:Proactively follow up to make sure Sales is getting back to Recruiting and vice versa.

3. MSP, Partner Portals & Compliance

MSP & Partner Processes:Help withMSP (Managed Service Provider)workflows and managing submissions throughPartner Portals(e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, or specific vendor portals).

Related Docs:Handle all related documentation for key clients, including Right-to-Represent (RTR) forms and portal-specific compliance uploads.

4. Candidate & Interview Management

Resume Formatting:Format candidate resumes into the company template, so they are professional and ready for client submission.

Interview Scheduling:Follow up on and manage the scheduling of all candidate interviews.

Candidate/Sales Interview Prep:Coordinate and schedule the calls between theCandidate and Salesto ensure they are synced before the client interview.

5. Sales Outreach & Cold Calling Support

Client Management Calls:Support Sales by calling throughcontact listsprovided to assist with client management and relationship building.

Resource Outreach:Conductcold callingto find or screen specific resources for high-priority roles.

Lead Coordination:Help manage and update contact data within the CRM based on outreach results.
