Job Summary

The Operation Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating holiday packages for both domestic and international destinations. The role includes working closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to prepare quotations, confirm bookings, and ensure smooth travel arrangements for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with vendors, hotels, transport providers, and airlines for travel arrangements.
  • Work with the sales team and internal departments to prepare holiday package quotations.
  • Handle domestic and international holiday package operations.
  • Ensure timely booking of hotels, flights, transfers, and sightseeing.
  • Communicate with international partners and suppliers for package pricing and availability.
  • Manage travel itineraries and documentation for customers.
  • Follow up with vendors for confirmations, rates, and service details.
  • Maintain proper records of bookings, vouchers, and travel documents.
  • Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth travel experience for clients.
  • Support the team in developing competitive holiday packages.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business Administration
  • 13 years experience in travel operations or holiday package handling
