Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise process transformation and operational excellence programs across business and IT functions.
  • Analyze IT business operations, financial metrics, and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Identify gaps in existing processes through root cause analysis and drive organization-wide changes.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive metrics and KPI framework to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor, track, and document process improvement initiatives to ensure measurable performance gains.
  • Conduct benchmarking exercises using internal data and external industry insights.
  • Support enterprise audit, risk, and governance reviews through structured documentation and analysis.
  • Develop data visualizations and executive-level presentations to communicate insights and outcomes.
  • Build solution models, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses to evaluate transformation initiatives.
  • Drive optimization initiatives focused on cost reduction, waste elimination, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage enterprise-wide programs, ensuring timely delivery and consistent progress updates to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with application services teams to design, plan, and monitor rollout of systems supporting process reengineering.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of multi-functional experience in Tier 1 IT services, consulting, or large enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading change management and large-scale process transformation initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in business operations, operational excellence, and financial performance analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with process methodologies, project management practices, and optimization frameworks.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, R, or Python.
  • Deep knowledge of process mapping, gap analysis, solution design, and operational diagnostics.
  • Experience preparing organizations for audits, governance reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Strong academic background in engineering, economics, finance, or management disciplines.
